A: Yes. COD is available nationwide across Pakistan. Pay in cash when your order arrives at your door.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2-4 business days. Rest of Pakistan: 4-7 business days.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard delivery is Rs. 350. Free delivery on all orders above Rs. 4,000.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and SMS.

A: Yes. We deliver nationwide to all cities and towns.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 7-day return policy on all products. If you are not satisfied, contact us on WhatsApp and we will make it right.
Q: What if I receive a damaged product?
A: Contact us immediately on WhatsApp with a photo of the damaged item. We will replace it free of charge.
